The Tsal Kaplun Foundation (TKF) takes pride in its commitment to preserving and sharing the rich Jewish history of the Volyn region through a series of compelling documentary films. These films, totaling five productions, offer a poignant exploration of the region's past, with a particular focus on the Holocaust and the experiences of Jewish communities.

"The Road to Krasnostav" (2016): This documentary unfolds the emotional journey of the descendants of the Kaplun family as they traverse former Jewish shtetls in search of their family roots. Through personal narratives and historical exploration, the film provides a unique perspective on the cultural and familial connections that link generations.
"The Last Chapter" (2020):  "The Last Chapter" delves into the Jewish history of Izyaslav, a small town in the Khmelnytsky region. The film captures the turbulent historical events that shaped the story of shtetls in Ukraine. Despite having a Jewish population that thrived at 6,000 in the 19th century, the documentary highlights the stark decline, with only 20 Jewish individuals remaining in 2020.
"Soshne Forest Massacre" (2018): This impactful film narrates the harrowing story of the Holocaust, specifically focusing on the Soshne Forest Massacre and the tragic fate of the Jewish community of Izyaslav. Through compelling storytelling and historical documentation, the documentary sheds light on the atrocities committed during this dark period, emphasizing the importance of remembering
